Chrysler Group New Business Plan Details

Primary Focus--- We will work on every customer touch point:

1) Differentiation of our brand and products in our dealerships
2) Representation of brand and product online, including greater engagement in the social media area
3) Creation of a broad Jeep Club to help us interact with our customers on a more personal level

Emphasize Jeep DNA:


1) Styling: 7-Slot Grille, trapezoidal wheel arches, short overhang
2) Functionality: Interior versatility for people & stuff, open air concepts, all around visibility, authentic durable materials
3) Capability: Handling in inclement weather, 4WD leadership, adequate towing capability
4) Trail Rated: Ground clearance, wheel articulation, approach & departure angles, off-Road capability, and low range
* Each Wrangler must have all aspects of Jeep DNA, but other products can be true to the brand without certain elements.

Target Jeep Core Customer-- Adventurers:


1) Doers: Live and play in a world full of adventure and extraordinary journeys, they NEED authentic gear to conquer the task at hand.
2) Dreamers: By far the larges group. Time constrained by family and work, they have little time to actively participate in their dream. They WANT authentic gear with the hope that one day they will be able to do more and dream less.
