What is a Customer Care Standard? Customer Care is simply an expectation of service that our customers know they can receive at our Dealership and it is our responsibility to build these expectations with our customers.
At Pollard Motors we are implementing new customer care standards. The new standards are something the customer can depend upon for consistency. The standards promote attention to detail and serving the customer as the main goals. Our goal as a business is to be a profitable dealership for another 39 years in Boulder, and this is one way to ensure we have a steady stream of satisfied, repeat customers.
